🔹 Tier 1: Foundational Team Experience

Investment begins at $2,500 for up to 6 participants

What’s the main goal of Tier 1?
To introduce your team to the proven STOP & FLOW™ method with a powerful, experiential launch session. This is ideal for small teams who need immediate stress relief and resilience support—and want to explore whether a deeper partnership makes sense.

What’s included?

  • 60–90 minute keynote-style workshop or training launch

  • Bundled options for 6-hour Level 1 Stress Relief Training and book

  • Led by STOP & FLOW™ creator Kristin Onderdonk (virtual or in-person)

Is this the same training Crouse ATS uses?
Yes—this is the same Level 1 framework used to onboard all STOP & FLOW™ facilitators at Crouse Health. It’s the prerequisite for anyone interested in Level 2 certification.

🔹 Tier 2: Organizational Training + Facilitator Certification

Investment range: $12,000–$20,000

What’s the main goal of Tier 2?
To build an internal team of certified STOP & FLOW™ facilitators who can deliver the method independently—just as Crouse Health has done through its 3-year partnership.

What’s included in the Facilitator Certification?

  • Tier 1 Foundational Team Experience PLUS

  • Full Level 2 STOP & FLOW™ Facilitator Certification

  • 50-hour trauma-informed training pathway

  • Printed facilitator workbook + Kristin's book

  • Digital and video-based self-study

  • Case study mentorship and implementation support

  • 2-day immersive retreat in Skaneateles (Week of Oct 13, 2025)

  • Private strategy sessions with Kristin

  • Custom-branded integration tools and templates

🔹 Tier 3: Integration + Immersion Package

Packages begin at $6,500/year for up to 6 participants

What’s the main goal of Tier 3?
To integrate STOP & FLOW™ into your team’s culture and systems. You’ll receive regular support, seasonal immersion, and all-access team licensing to deepen practice and sustainability.

What does ongoing support look like?

  • Quarterly immersive workshops (virtual or in-person) led by Kristin Onderdonk

  • Annual team license for on-demand Level 1 course access

  • Seasonal practice guides and implementation tools

  • Creation of a peer-led STOP & FLOW™ Pod

  • Leadership debriefs and mentorship

Is this meant for long-term adoption?
Yes. Tier 3 mirrors the ongoing mentorship and group support structures that sustain STOP & FLOW™ inside Crouse Health’s residential and outpatient programs.

STOP & FLOW™ has been embedded in Crouse Health Addiction Treatment Services for over three years, with funding supported by opioid litigation and county grants.
Through a combination of Level 1 staff training, Level 2 facilitator certification, ongoing co-facilitation, and group mentorship, Crouse now sustains in-house facilitators delivering trauma-informed care across programs.
