About STOP & FLOW™

Empowering people. Strengthening teams. Transforming communities.

Who We Are - Our Approach

STOP & FLOW™ was created by Kristin Onderdonk—facilitator, lead trainer, and founder of the embodied practice designed to restore well-being and strengthen communities.

At its core, STOP & FLOW™ exists to help people reconnect with their empowered selves.

The work is rooted in mindfulness, relational healing, and evidence-informed practices— providing individuals, teams, and organizations with practical tools to cultivate resilience, compassion, and clarity.

Who We Work With

Organizations that engage us: recovery & wellness programs, schools, nonprofits, healthcare systems, corporations, municipalities, and justice centers.

People who benefit: teams of professionals, staff and wellness leaders—plus the clients, patients, and communities they serve.

Mission

To expand the collective well-being of individuals and communities through embodied mindfulness, evidence-informed training, and soulful practices that reconnect people to their empowered Self.

Vision

A world where individuals, teams, and communities live in resilient connection—where stress, pain, and disconnection are met with compassion, embodied tools, and collective strength.
