STOP & FLOW™ is a trauma-aware, evidence-informed mindfulness and movement framework created to help people reset, recharge, and reconnect with what matters most. Through four reflective stillness practices and gentle Tai Chi–inspired moving meditations, participants learn how to shift stress, tension, and emotional overwhelm into clarity and ease—using tools they can easily practice at home, at work, or in daily life.
This 45–60 minute experience includes guided breathwork, tapping, positive visualization, grounding, and flowing movement that can be done seated or standing. No experience is needed. Every body is welcome. Come as you are—leave with simple practices that support well-being long after the session ends.
