Brand Voice (All Public Writing Must Follow This Tone)

  • Warm & welcoming

  • Trauma-aware

  • Clear & accessible

  • Encouraging

  • Inclusive for every body

  • Evidence-informed

  • Non-clinical, non-spiritualized (unless approved for specific settings)

Avoid:

  • Overly mystical language

  • Overstated healing claims

  • Clinical or diagnostic terms

  • Harsh, directive, or corrective language

Short Description

STOP & FLOW™ is an evidence-informed mindfulness and movement framework that helps reduce stress, ease tension, and restore calm in just minutes.

General Session Description

STOP & FLOW™ blends breathwork, tapping, grounding, positive visualization, and Tai Chi–inspired movement. It is accessible for every body and ability level and requires no previous experience.

Evidence Statement

Across programs, 98% of participants have self-reported reduction in stress, pain, and cravings after STOP & FLOW™ sessions.

  • STOP & FLOW™ is a ritual one may opt in or out of by one’s free will design.

Facilitators MAY NOT say:

  • STOP & FLOW™ heals, cures, or treats conditions

  • STOP & FLOW™ is clinical therapy, a fitness or exercise class.

  • STOP & FLOW™ guarantees results

  • Personal religious language (unless explicitly approved for the setting)
