Welcome to our community of Certified Facilitators.

We are a community of healers, counselors, and clinicians enthusiastically sharing STOP & FLOW with our clients. We’re passionate about removing the bias and stigma that surrounds addiction, mental health, trauma, and disease. We don’t subscribe to the “life has to be hard” mantra. We’ve witnessed men and women of all ages and stages of life thriving beyond the circumstances they were born into.

The US Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, SAMHSA’s working definition of recovery is:

A process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self- directed life, and strive to reach their full potential.

With Kristin Onderdonk’s STOP & FLOW process, we are creating a paradigm shift not only in how recovery is viewed but also in how it is lived. Our clients are finding multiple pathways to reach their fullest potential. You can read about the specific ways people are thriving on our Case Studies page.

Each of the facilitators you see featured on this page has a unique story and journey to share. They have all also successfully completed Enjoy Chi’s Level 1 and Level 2 STOP & FLOW Trainings. And, they are actively using the skills and techniques they’ve embodied, all 8 steps of STOP & FLOW, personally and professionally.

“Together we are more. Together we are everything!”

Kayla Eckert, CASAC

What I love about STOP & FLOW is how well it works to support talk therapy sessions. My clients say they find it easy to recall. They are remembering to use it throughout their day to overcome all sorts of stressful situations. I enjoy and also rely on STOP & FLOW to create relief beyond the circumstances of my life.

As an OTP Counselor, I look for techniques that are easy to embody and address the whole person. As a parent of a child with multiple diagnoses including muscular skeletal issues, I saw the benefits of STOP & FLOW personally as well. The powerful results I’m seeing with patients and my son are amazing. “Feeling stronger, more focused, and at peace” are but a few of the ways clients say STOP & FLOW leaves them feeling. I’m proud to be part of what we are accomplishing together.

Kathleen Gratien - CTRS

I love facilitating STOP & FLOW my day treatment recovery groups.  Hearing clients report how relaxed they feel is hopeful and even those who choose not to physically participate say they feel better after. I wasn’t sure I could facilitate the process but the training gave me both the skills and the confidence boost I needed to support myself and others.

When I began hearing from my patients how fun and freeing STOP & FLOW was for them, it piqued my interest. I knew I wanted to learn more and share with my fellow colleagues who really could use the support. It brings me so much joy now to facilitate and see participants move from feeling completely overwhelmed and in pain to feeling calm and empowered. Getting certified has been transformative.

Marlene Lucio-Barrett - RNBSN

Getting certified to facilitate STOP & FLOW as a nurse and nutrition coach has enhanced the lives of my clients ranging from school-aged children to elderly adults. I love the adaptability of the moving meditations as well as the light-hearted lens we can all relate to and require more. Healing is happening fast and my clients say they feel more energy, hopeful and motivated in mere minutes. I’m thankful to be able to bring STOP & FLOW into hospitals and schools, as well as the homes of my patients which is right where we need relief the most.
