Next on the Docket: Great Joy and Love

New ~ Life ~ Reality

Hi friends, I had to share a recent client testimonial that was incredibly moving.

"In STOP & FLOW with you, I was overwhelmed by a feeling of great love and joy in that moment.

Reflecting on the work and effort you put forth in service of others, the impact it has had on me, and the doors it has helped open, has literally brought me a new life and a new reality.

I just really wanted to share my feelings and my gratitude." - Steve P.

Steve's experience underscores the power of shared love and connection, and the value of serving others in our world. He is now embodying love and joy, not only in his personal life as a single father and son but also as a friend to many beyond our group.

Emotions, as energy in motion, do not exist in isolation, nor do the societal and individual challenges we face. Our collective emotions extend beyond all boundaries we attempt to build, paving the way to diverse realities. Great love and joy can be a reality for anyone, anywhere.

That’s why I’m excited to announce my participation in the NYATCP Treatment Courts Conference, under the theme "Growth of Treatment Courts: Expanding Access and Reducing Disparities."

This event addresses the critical need for support among justice centers, public servants, and communities affected by the opioid epidemic.

I'll share our positive recovery outcomes and explore ways to expand the reach of STOP & FLOW. By awakening energy-stabilizing life skills and calming connections, we aim to enhance experiential learning and transform lives.

For those interested in the evolution of treatment courts, you can find more details and register for our STOP & FLOW session at https://www.nyatcp.org.

If you're attending or presenting, I'd love to connect and hear about your passionate pursuits.

Imagine if a new life and reality were just beyond the doors of your office, home, or heart. Would you step through?

See you there!

This Week's Connect to Calm Tip:

What would your reality beyond recovery be?

  1. Loving Support:

This image's portrayal of individuals lovingly supporting each other serves as a poignant reminder of the power found in community and shared experiences. Make it a priority to connect with a support network. Share your journey, listen to others, and remember that strength comes from unity. This act of sharing and connecting can significantly reduce feelings of isolation and enhance your sense of calm.

  2. Joyful Gratitude:

Allow the serene and hopeful essence of the image to inspire a practice of joyful gratitude. Each day, identify and write down three things that you're thankful for. This could range from appreciating the support of a friend to recognizing a personal achievement, no matter how small. Focusing on gratitude shifts your attention from challenges to the positive aspects of your life, fostering a sense of peace and contentment. You might even share!
