This month at Enjoy Chi, I'm savoring an entire decade!

Dear friends: 

Time flies, doesn't it?

Ten years ago, I transitioned from accounting to caregiving, navigating a blended family in crisis. Our commitment to thriving amid chaos led to the birth of Enjoy Chi. From studying movement coaching to mastering mindfulness, it's been a fun house of growth.

Today, our brady bunch thrives and our path is a testament to the transformative power of savoring the ride. Whether it's the joy, tears, or the unexpected turns, it's shocking where you might be in a few years! 

Enjoy Chi began as a path to prosper and enjoy my messy life. I’m humbled and shocked at the fact we’ve helped 1,000s of people relieve stress, pain, and unwanted cravings, locally and around the globe. As I write today’s email, I’m deeply savoring the anticipation of where we will be even a year from now!

Humor me a few highlights:

  • This past year, STOP & FLOW, now an innovative holistic process, secured a sizeable grant for addiction recovery allowing me to provide ongoing patient groups and multiple staff continuing education trainings to recovery professionals. 10 years ago I was coaching a couch to 5k and leading 1 moving meditation a week at the YMCA.

  • With grants and available funding, in 2023 I trained a team of health professionals who are now skilled to facilitate STOP & FLOW Cheers to our facilitators here and to find the case studies they created here.

  • We’ve been invited to partner in an NIH-funded research grant at a major local university that is working to combat the opioid epidemic. As a family in long-term recovery, ten years ago when I was attending meetings I never imagined this would be where we are now.

  • Our book STOP & FLOW; 8 Steps to Recharge Your Life continues to be finding its way into the hearts of readers everywhere. A new book and a podcast could be brewing…

  • Last week, I was invited to speak at a state-wide drug court conference. A grant from the drug courts was the first source of revenue for Enjoy Chi sessions. I used to talk to myself. I always imagined someone was listening. ;) TY
