Legacy of light this Spring. Breathe & Be...Free!

Have you ever felt the need, in your role, to find moments to reignite hope and rejuvenate your spirit?

Amid the buzz surrounding the recent solar eclipse, its fleeting shadow served as a cosmic nudge, reminding us of the swift transition from darkness to light in the blink of an eye.

Imagine the power of embracing such moments of pause, followed by sudden clarity, a pivot, or an awakening. If you, like me, feel a growing call to infuse more profound moments like that into our world, you're not alone.

This Spring, look out for emails designed to celebrate your bright legacy of light!

Thanks to the many people in SUD recovery who have joined us and the amazing feedback we’ve received over the last 10 years, we’re doing some Spring clearings and will be updating our offerings. Stay tuned for more STOP & FLOW just for you! If you’re not familiar with our process, STOP & FLOW blends the art of stillness in motion and motion in stillness, offering a fun and energizing way to reset and rebalance your days and nights.

The "STOP" segment includes practices like energy healing and emotional acupuncture, while the "FLOW" part, featuring Tai Chi moving meditations, aims to reintroduce playful rebalancing, and harmony into your life.

The process transcends the physical and mental planes, inviting you into a more expansive state of connection that aligns your body, mind, and spirit. STOP & FLOW is ideal for professionals seeking resiliency and support in their journey while serving others.

If you’re interested in a free workshop currently in the works, you can join our waiting list by emailing me back. Please indicate your preference for a weekday or evening session, ET timezone.

Stay tuned!

In calm connection,

This Week’s Connect to Calm Pro Tip: Breathe and Be

In today's fast-paced world, finding your way to tranquility within the chaos can seem like an elusive task. Yet, the key to cultivating calm often lies in the act of being not doing.

Just as the solar eclipse illuminated a night within-a-day, a pause to breathe and be, can help us be with life in a new light. What are you looking for by the way? Are you craving calm? Do you desire more peace in the world? These are human states of being, so be it.

Breathe and be—a technique I write about in my book is a great way to pause the doing and be present to who and what you’re being.

Start by finding a quiet moment. It could be early in the morning, during a brief midday break, or in the peaceful solitude of the evening.

Close your eyes, and take a deep, slow breath through your nose, feeling your chest and belly rise as you fill your lungs with air.

Hold this breath for a moment, then exhale slowly through your mouth, gently releasing any tension.

Repeat this process for a few minutes, focusing solely on the sensation of breathing and the rhythm you create.

Next, try this while covering or hovering the palms of your hands over your eyes. Notice the contrast between darkness and light as you peacefully open your eyes.

Breathe and be. Spread your arms wide open and be open to receiving what you want. Say thank you!

You are a bright legacy of light in our world! Thank you.

I’d love to hear from you!
